2 different kinds of canvas received for strength test and production of the third scale model

After assessment we have chosen one type of canvas.

We only have a small piece of the right canvas so all 30 pieces have to be put on with precision

Ready to cut

The cutting is in progress while all calculated measures are checked to be within limits

Its a hard job.....

The 3 canopies are glued together. Only the front arc is missing to give the final shape

The construction is complete. The front arc is not in scale. We did not have a material flexible enough
